The Settlement Hotel is located along the colorful Jalan Ujong Pasir. The locals call it the ‘Food trail’ of Jalan Ujong Pasir. It is situated along the fringe of the Portuguese settlement, the earliest ethnic Kristang group in Malaysia which arouse during the Portuguese colonial period (C16th & C17th). This brought about the spectrum of the history of Melaka.

The hotel features three Food & Beverage outlets; each one offering a range of international and local cuisine. The Dining Room, located on the ground floor at The Residences Wing offers choice of set breakfast, each prepared a-la-minute to ensure a hearty stay to the day with lunch and dinner based on an exclusive a-la-carte menu. The Dining Room is open daily from 7 am to 10 pm. For those wanting to include in freshly baked cakes, pies and pastries, the Pastry Corner located at the Dining Room next to the garden lawn is a must stop-by and not to be missed is the signature cheese cake. The Pastry Corner is open daily from noon to 10 pm. For a dining experience that is unlike any other, check out the Long Table Bar located at the Garden Lawns. The 27-foot long wooden table, said to be the longest table in Malaysia carved from a single tree trunk, is certainly a conversation piece itself!

With a pillarless ballroom, an Art Gallery room and a multi-functional room available on site to cater from 80 up to 150 persons at any one time, The Settlement Hotel Melaka is the ideal venue of choice for small to medium corporate events, meetings, seminars, press conferences, product launches, workshops and more. Meeting package starts from RM100 + 6% GST per person (subject to a minimum booking of 30 persons) and comes inclusive of meeting room usage for up to 8 hours, welcome drinks, two coffee break with snacks, one buffet or set lunch, one buffet dinner and complimentary usage of standard meeting facilities. Pricing is valid till 31st December 2016. For a meeting package inclusive of five meals experience, the price stands at RM130 + 6% GST per person. Half day seminar packages are also available from RM60 + 6% per person.
